• Drink between one and a half litres and two litres of water every day during and after your course of treatments.
• Avoid caffeine and theine (found in tea) completely if possible as this dehydtrates the body. For every cup of coffee or tea drunk an extra glass of water needs to be consumed in addition to the above recommended amount.
• Exercise regularly paying particular attention to using muscles in the cellulite affected areas. Every Endermologie treatment treats the whole body but concentrates on specific problem areas.
