Please note there is a charge of 50% for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. There is a 100% charge for treatments if cancellation is less than 2 hours prior to treatment time. Whilst we endeavour to meet your needs we are a business and we hate to see our therapist's time wasted due to late cancellations!
To ensure your enjoyment of your treatment we ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes before your treatment time so we can provide all clients with the relaxing, calm environment you deserve.

We are not able to accept bookings, booking amendments or cancellations by email. Please telephone the salons to make bookings.
A deposit or prepayment is required for courses of treatments and wedding/special occasion bookings.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, metal pin or plates if you are taking medication or if you are pregnant.
