Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment, so you have time to relax.

All time stated includes preparation for the client, i.e. 5 mins at the beginning & at the end of the treatment.

Unfortunately you may receive a reduction in treatment time if you are late for your appointment but full payment will be required.

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. Cannelle is an extremely busy salon and late arrivals/cancellations mean lost hours for therapists and clients. A deposit or prepayment is required for courses of treatments and wedding/special occasion bookings.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, metal pin or plates if you are taking medication or if you are pregnant.
